Mary Kwiatkowski, (PC, MCCT, ACC) is a Leadership and Executive with extensive experience in the nonprofit and government areas. She has served as a CEO of a behavioral health company and as an administrator of a $160 million dollar government funded system of care. Mary has developed many best practice programs for persons with intellectual challenges.

Currently, she works with nonprofit executives and their teams doing strategic planning as well as developing succession plans for long term sustainability and growth. As a Master Certified Coach Trainer, she has both trained executives to use coaching skills and has coached senior executives both in the for-profit and nonprofit arenas. Mary is also certified in the use Profiles International Assessments a complete suite of human resource tools that assist in making personal and leadership decision from hiring to succession planning.

Mary serves on several boards including an affordable housing organization, ICF Pittsburgh, Toast Masters International. She is a member of the Technology Council of Northwest Pennsylvania and serves on the Innovation Collaborative which is developing an enhanced ecosystem for business in Northwest Pennsylvania. She holds a Professional Coach Certificate from the Duquesne School of Leadership Developments. She is a graduate of Edinboro University and has a BA in Sociology and MA in Counseling. She has been the recipient of several awards, including the Pennsylvania Alliance for the Mentally Ill Public Servant of the Year and Women Making History in Erie Pennsylvania.
