  • How to overcome customer negativity. (scenario based) (1:00 Hr.)
  • Creating a customer loyalty culture. (1:00 Hr.)
  • Role play training and development. (2:00 Hr.)
  • Increasing customer commitment and loyalty. (1:00 Hr.)
