Carlos Merla

CARLOS MERLA, (MCCT, ACC) is a Leadership and Executive Coach with extensive international business experience in Latin America and SE Asia where he held several customer-facing and senior leadership positions. He is specialized in accompanying transitioning businesses and leaders develop organizational strategies as well as creating training and development programs focused on increasing productivity and leadership awareness.

A Myers-Briggs Practitioner, and a graduate from the Center for Executive Coaching, (CEC) Merla is an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) and Master Certified Coach Trainer (MCCT) as approved by the International Coaching Federation I.C.F. Merla has over 5,500 hours experience in coaching clients at all levels of an organization.  He has developed his own leadership brand through his published books, “The Core Events of Leadership.” and “Core Events of Cultural Awareness.”

An Executive with over 35 years’ experience in the corporate world developing sales organizations at PM/Altria Group, leading international services teams at Microsoft Corporation and at Trimax Americas; a technical solutions company.

With a passion to help people and organizations grow, Merla continues his involvement in coaching and training at Travis Association for the Blind, a non-profit organization based in Austin, TX.
