Carlos Merla

CARLOS MERLA, (MCCT, ACC) is a Leadership and Executive Coach with extensive international business experience in Latin America and SE Asia where he held several customer-facing and senior leadership positions. He is specialized in accompanying transitioning businesses and leaders develop organizational strategies as well as creating training and development programs focused to increase productivity and leadership awareness.

As an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) and Master Certified Coach Trainer (MCCT) approved by the I.C.F. through the Center for Executive Coaching, Merla has over 2500 hours experience of coaching clients at all levels of an organization. He has developed his own leadership brand through his published book, “The Core Events of Leadership”

With over 35 years’ experience in the corporate world developing sales organizations at PM/Altria Group and then serving over 15 years as International Service Director for Microsoft Corporation, Merla brings his global experiences to helping others achieve their goals. Remaining true to technology, Merla also holds the rank of Vice President of Client Services for Trimax Americas, a technical solutions company which has offices in New Jersey, Seattle and Hyderabad India.

As the founder of the Merla Leadership Group and Co-Founder Core Events Training, Merla continues to be an advocate in training and developing people one-on-one or in group settings. His next book, “Core Events of Cultural Competency” is due in 2016.
